Excellent raw ingredients, friendly atmosphere, delicious Greek food. This was the initial “recipe” for Krinaki and it remains the same to this day. Vegetables and other ingredients from local small producers, meat from neighboring islands, fish from our own waters.
Homemade cuisine with many dishes of the day, meat and fish charcoal grilled, rare Cycladic cheeses, hand-cut fried potatoes, salads with extra virgin Greek olive oil. And of course, good Santorini wine and … even better company!
